MLB Postseason 4G iPhone WallPapers

These are my 2012 MLB Postseason self made wallpapers for iPhone 4G, of teams who are in-place of making the postseason, or have already clinched a playoff birth.

I know they're still teams who have chance of making the postseason, that I didn't make. But if teams like the Detroit Tigers or L.A Angels do make a late run, I'll for sure make those.
