The first thing that pops in your head when you think Rosie Perez, is "White Man Can't Jump" -- and that memorable voice of hers.

The Brooklyn, New York native opened the door for all those latina, heavy accent New York girls, to become stars. She made it okay and unique to talk this way in Hollywood, and not so 1950's "darling" tone of voice.
