Yankees Fallout: O TWO MOTOR CITY

FINAL: Tigers 3 Yankees 0

So sad.

Yankees aren't done yet, but if they are this week, this Yankee team might need to change their core.

The Detroit Tigers did everything they could -- in Game 1 and 2 -- to give the Yankees a 2-0 series lead. They basically gifted rapped two wins for the Yankees. And the Yankees did whatever they could to blow it.

That's what sucks. You could understand if the pitching was bad -- the Yankee pitching has been sensational. And they can't get not even A run. They can't even hit homeruns in their own ballpark, now.

I understand the playoff pitching is always tough, but the Yankees always manage to get one or two runs at home, even when they're playing bad. Just look at last night when they scored four runs in the ninth. They are so pressured and lost, it's sad to see. It's a shame.

You would think the Yankees be more confident and relaxed after going through five grueling games against the Baltimore Orioles, and winning the series.

What you would have wanted was the Yankees winning one game, at least. I think they're gonna do well in Detroit -- believe it or not -- but going over there down 2-0 is gonna be tough, because you have to take two out of three.

It's not impossible the Yankees can take two out of three at the Motor City, but who knows from the way the Yankees are swinging. Although, I can see the Yankees playing well on the road -- or somewhere else not at Yankee Stadium.

Yankees can hit Justin Verlander -- yeah, I said it. Even with the slump they're going through, because they always manage to hit him. And the Yankees like the fastball; they're a fastball hitting team. They don't do well with the off-speed stuff.

Yankees could've had a 2-0 lead in this series, but that's in the past, now. I'm still confident about the Yankees in Detroit. Series isn't over yet.
