Knicks Fallout: BARGNANI!! :kiss fingertips:

Knicks Finally Take the Second Win of the Season, 101-91, against the Charlotte Bobcats.

Give Andrea Bargnani some time; patients. And yes, it's just one game, but we Bargnani do a lot of things tonight. Get excited Mike Breen, don't worry!

Like I said, even though it's only one game, you gotta like what Bargnani showed at last night's win against the Bobcats. He only had 25-points -- felt like he had more than that; that's how good Bargnani was.

Bargnani really stepped up tonight, with this being the first game without Tyson Chandler who will miss 4-6 weeks due to the knee injury he suffered on Wednesday's game. Not only Bargnani had the shooting touch very early in the game, but he was very aggressive going to the basket. We need to see that more from him. Bargnani can be so versatile and tough to handle for any opposing defender.

I mean, did see that crossover move Bargnani had?! He didn't finish the play, but it was still damn good to see he has that type of talent for a man his size.

When Bargnani doesn't have his shooting touch early in the game, he needs to take to the basket more, like he did tonight. He can create lots of plays off the dribble. Instead of just standing mid-range and throwing bricks, trying to find his shot, take it to the hole.

Great sign from Bargnani, tonight. We know it was only against the Bobcats, but it was a must-win game and he came up clutch.

Carmelo Anthony: He was our center, last night. For those who bash Anthony -- just -- because the Knicks haven't won a championship, you need to shut up. He was basically our center, in this game. Grabbing rebounds; getting backboard shots in the paint. Anthony was working the boards like a 7-footer.

Anthony, can, play the point and, can, play in center. He's not just a scorer, you know.

Anthony finished with 28-points, 8 rebounds and 6 assist.

I liked what I saw from Melo, last night. And even from the whole team, for that matter. It wasn't just Melo with the basketball in his hand and making him shoot 50 shots. For those who talk about Melo needing to change his game -- this is the first step to that. Melo could've shot 45 shots, scored 38-points and still lose the game. Instead, he scored only 28 and passed more for the open man; made smart passes -- didn't just pass the ball, just to show everyone he's not a ball hogger.

With Bargnani scoring 25-points, Anthony scoring 28 and the Knicks winning by 100 points, that speaks volume. Because that can be easy to do. Anthony can score 20 in his sleep, and if Bargnani has the right plays around him, he can score 20 easily. Especially if he can drive the ball to the basket as aggressive he did in this game.

With J.R Smith returning Sunday against the San Antonio Spurs, Smith, Bargnani and Melo can be a problem to handle for any defender.
