VMAs: Chris Brown is Maturing

Glad to see Chris Brown win for "Best Male"at the VMAs; I did not expect him to win, and I did not expect him to be there at the VMAs. When they announced his name I thought we would see a video clip of him accepting the award overseas somewhere.

Chris hardly ever speaks when he wins an award, but last night he did and did well.

The way he up on stage and spoke, he looks like a different guy. After the whole situation with Rihanna, he was acting out of control. It seemed as if he was trying to find his place of normalcy, after that whole chaos with Rihanna. And he's found it, again.

Chris is becoming a man. He's learn from his ONE mistake and owning up to it. I'm glad -- he's the best thing we have right now, if you wanna talk PURE superstar talent.

I was upset he didn't perform last night, because he's the only reason why I watch music award shows, these days. Who I'm gonna watch in these award shows, besides him ? Nicki Minaj ? Lil'Wayne ? Justin Bieber ?

Brown gives you a show. And some people may want to overlook that since he did what he did. It's not fair to him, when he's giving us his greatness to enjoy and be entertained. We did that to Michael Jackson, and now we're doing to him. Not fair.

Last night, you can tell Chris was distancing himself from Rihanna, Drake, Lil'Wayne and Nicki Minaj. He doesn't want to be part of that group. Chris might shake their hands and kiss Rihanna -- like he did after she won the award for "Video of the Year" -- to show respect, though, he's not getting with that immature crowd ... That's just from my view ;)

Drake: I was shocked when I heard what he did at that club to Chris Brown. I didn't think Drake was that type of guy. I thought he stick his own business and won't get into anything like that.

Drake is a follower. The way he hangs out with Lil'Wayne, it seems like he's not his own man. And I thought he was, too.

Even the way he accepted his award last night, I didn't like; I know he said something nice about: "This is for the kid who had to walk home alone." Okay. But I didn't like his energy and the way he's been acting ever since the club incident.
