After news broke early today about the Lakers firing Mike Brown, after a 1-4 start in five games, everyone was thinking about who should coach the Lakers, now. And I thought -- why not Kobe Bryant ?Now, it would be impossible for Kobe to coach now, while he's a player. Can't really coach and play at the same time. But how about when he retires ?
Right now, I would bring back Phil Jackson. I'd even talk to Phil to coming back for one more season. Then by that time, maybe Kobe would want to hang it up, and you ask him if he wants to coach the team.
I think Kobe would like to coach the Lakers. I've seen coach the team as a player, and you see guys like Pau Gasol listen. Kobe would be a very coach, I believe. He's got the rings, the presents and the attention of players/
Presents is a big plus, if you want to be a coach. That's what Phil Jackson had and what Mike Brown doesn't. Brown doesn't have that look of a championship coach. I don't want to stereotype, but he doesn't have that presents to coach superstar team like the Lakers.
Now I'm gonna ask you. Yea, you ! The person reading this ! Do you think Kobe Bryan should be the future coach of the L.A Lakers ? Or, do you think he can coach the Lakers now! Comment below. Say: Yes or No, and tell me why you think that way ?
