Yankees: Will A-Rod be Ready for the Red Sox series?

You see, this is why Alex Rodriguez -- even though he's not what he once was -- is still a threat. This isn't 'just' a homerun, this is a BOMB left field -- a classic 400ft A-Rod homer.

Will A-Rod Be In The Red Sox Series This Weekend?:

I thought for a chance he could be, since Rodriguez himself said he's "a week away". Though, a "week away" really means next week and not this weekend.

You never know. If the Yankees don't acquire a bat this week -- which I think they really need to do before the Red Sox series -- A-Rod could be inserted in this Friday's lineup.

Most likely, if everything goes well, A-Rod could return in the Texas Rangers series at Arlington.

I was thrilled to see A-Rod hit one out. I hope he comes back with a serious vengeance.
