VIDEO: "Seinfeld" Episode on How Cops Should be Garbage Men

An episode of "Seinfeld" that appeared in 1991, Jerry Seinfeld, George Costanza and Elaine Benes were having a conversation about cops. It wasn't known 'why' they were discussing cops, but mind you this episode was televised in '91, the year of the Rodney King brutality.

Then Jerry ended the conversation with an idea on how the cops should become a cop/garbage men. Saying that if they have nothing to do since there's no crime, they should pickup garbage and clean the streets.
