Lorde Performs at Letterman

17-year old sensation, Lorde, performed last night at the "Late Show" show with David Letterman.

This was my first time seeing Lorde perform on stage, and I didn't know she was this eccentric. I expected her to be more 'sunny day' and colorful. Lorde is a dark chick. Well, I should've expected that since her album is called "Pure Heroine". But I like her. Unique voice, with killer eyes.

If I had to compare Lorde to an old female artist, I'd say she's a dark, more vocally talented version of Blondie. I'd like to hear her sing "Rush Rush".

The second video on the bottom is an extended version of Lorde's performance at the Late Show. She sings more songs including her big hit "Royals".
